Half of the Dynamic Duo- Phong “Turbo” Nguyen
We have quite a story brewing over here at The HUSTLER CASINO. Anyone who plays poker regularly in Los Angeles knows either Phong “Turbo” Nguyen or Lynda Tran, if not both. These two have been playing poker tournaments all around Southern California for years now, and are two of the most well known and respected players in the city. They also happen to be engaged, and their wedding just so happens to be this weekend!
Well with 30 players left, each of them is still in with a shot at the $70,000 first place prize, and funny enough, they were at the same table for the last couple of hours before Tran was recently moved. This isn’t the first time they have played at the same table, as the two of them started at the same table when they both qualified on Saturday. Right now Turbo has 1.3 million, while Lynda is just under that with 1.1 million. Will the two of them be able to freeroll their wedding this weekend? We will know soon enough.
