In these bigger buy-in, huge guaranteed events, it’s not uncommon to see some stacked tables when the field starts to shrink. However, we noticed that today in particular, there are a few tables that have some very familiar faces rubbing elbows, and we wanted to point them out. These tables each have three notables currently residing there.

However, there was one table that stood out above the rest for us. It included Hermillo Vargas, who was just part of the eight way chop in Event #5 on Monday. It also had local pros Rupesh Pattni and Shawn Motameni. In between those two is up and coming pro Jessica Dawley. And last, but certainly not least, the player to her left is former WPT Player of the Year Matt Salsberg. Quite the tough table indeed.
