Yesterday, the last event of The Grand Slam of Poker kicked off, with 21 players moving on to Day 2 of Event #7, $400,000 Guaranteed. Leading the way is Douglas Smith, who just so happened to be second in chips after all of the Day 1 qualifier of Event #2, the second biggest event of the series. He bagged up 1.113 million, and Sam Chauhan is the only other player to break the million chip mark. Other notables who have moved on are Shahen Martirosian, and Massoud Eskandari, who ended up winning Event #2 for just over $42,000! Come back later today for more coverage of Event #7, and good luck to all the players!
