Our first round of player photos shows a few players who have experience going deep in a tournament just like this one. Massoud Eskandari final tabled two major events at last year’s Grand Slam of Poker, winning one of them after a chop was made. He’s in the building, along with the inagural WPT500 winner Sean Yu, as well as Patrios fan Jared Griener, and local pro Lawrence Ma, who couldn’t help but to wince a bit as his cover was blown when we snapped a photo of the talented player.
