Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Hustler Casino in beautiful Gardena, California! It’s time once again for the tournament pros of Los Angeles to flock down south, as the 2015 Grand Slam of Poker is now underway. The action is starting with a brand new event, a $335 buy-in Bounty Survivor event! Here’s how it works.
Just like any normal survivor event, the tournament will end when we’ve reached the top 10%. From there, everyone will be paid out $2,000, regardless of how many chips they have. Along the way, players will earn $100 for every player they knock out. So someone who knocks out 15 players will earn more than someone who only eliminates two or three.
Registration for this event will be open for the first five levels, or until about 5:50 local time. If you are unable to make it out in time for that, we have another event, a $175 buy-in $10,000 Guaranteed event, kicking off at 6 PM.
