As promised, here is the second group of notables who are playing the Day 1A flight today. Included in this list is Massoud “Mike” Eskandari, who will try to repeat his amazing success at the Grand Slam of Poker. Eskandari is the defending champion of this event, when he took it down after a chop at the final table. Less than two weeks later, Eskandari was back at another final table, this time for the Main Event of the GSOP. All in all, Eskandari took home over $94,000 in the two tournaments combined.
